Please call us anytime day or night. Hospice services can be accessed daytimes, evenings and weekends. Our office associates and on-call nurses are happy to answer your questions.

Free Memory Bear Workshops
Join XL Hospice to create a X-tra Love Memory Bear in memory of your loved one. Simply bring an article of clothing that belonged to your loved one and we will help you make it into a bear. No sewing skills necessary. We will provide the sewing machine and supplies. You just bring the article of clothing. We have events in February scheduled. To learn more, click here.
