Friends of XL Hospice

Friends of XL Hospice is a non-profit corporation, established to raise money and receive donations to assist indigent patients.

Funding can be from a variety of sources such as: grants, donations, private insurance, and fundraising.

Donations are accepted for a variety of needs:

General Fund for patients of XL Hospice
For Patients needing financial assistance at Countryside Manor
Circle of Hope, Palliative & Transitional Care program for children.

Friends of XL Hospice cooperates with Make A Wish Foundation.
